About us

Our names are Mandy and Martin Erban, we are the second generation of the family to run a large company whose aim is to make your stays on the island of Albarella unforgettable.

The company's history began in the 1960s, when Karlheinz and Waltraud Erban built a restaurant in Rosolina Mare and founded a sailing and surfing school. In 1979 they started to take over the sports and entertainment business on the island of Albarella, in the theatre arena, while from 1980 to 1987 they took over the restaurant ‘La Barca’. In 1983, the family built their own house in Via Settima Ovest, where they still live today. In the following years, they opened the Mare Vostrum and took over the ‘Laguna’ restaurant. From the 1990s onwards, the family started the real estate agency business.

Our strength is our direct contact with the customer, who can count on our support and assistance directly on site 24 hours a day, thanks to our partner company Deltasports srl.

It can also offer you other useful services, such as: bike rental, golf car, sup, pedalo and intermediate cleaning, as well as on-site linen change included in your stay, from Monday to Friday.
