An den Toiletten im 1. Stock läuft ständig Wasser, die meisten Fliegengitter sind kaputt, der Wasser Boiler im Erdgeschoss tropft aus mehreren Stellen und in der Küche riecht es nach Gas. Aber die Lage ist nicht zu toppen.
