Das Haus ist in sehr schöner Lage und sehr geräumig. Die Klimaanlagen waren voll funktionsfähig. Sehr toll war der Zugang zum Kanal und das beiliegende Tretboot. Die Matratzen der Betten sind teilweise durchgelegen. Die Gartenmöbel sind teilweise unbequem und sehr veraltet.
