Im sehr gepflegten Halbkeller befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett,

ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.
Alle Räume verfügen über Fenster.

La casa dispone di un ampio giardino ben curato con lavabo esterno e doccia all’aperto.

Al piano terra si trova una zona giorno con angolo cottura e divano.
L'attrezzatura comprende: lavastoviglie, forno elettrico, forno a microonde e televisore (NESSUNA TV SATELLITARE).
La zona notte è composta da una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e terrazza affacciata sul giardino, nonché da un bagno con WC e lavabo.
Tra la camera da letto e il bagno è presente un climatizzatore split.
Nel seminterrato, molto ben tenuto, si trovano una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, una camera con letto a castello e un ampio bagno con doccia e lavatrice.
Tutte le stanze dispongono di finestre.

The house has a large, well-kept garden with an outdoor washbasin and an open-air shower.
The outdoor area offers an open veranda with a ceiling fan and a brick-built fireplace.
On the ground floor there is a living area with a kitchenette and a sofa.
The equipment includes a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave oven and a television (NO SATELLITE TV).
The sleeping area is composed of a bedroom with a king bed and a terrace which looks at the garden, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and wash-basin.
There is a split-system air-conditioner between the bedroom and the bathroom.
In the very well-kept basement, there is a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
All rooms have windows.
