Toller Blick / Großartige Lage
Die Villa Tartaruga liegt ganz großartig direkt am Wasser zum großen Mare Vostrum. Ein schöner großer uneinsehbarer Garten mit einer großen Terrasse und direktem Wasserzugang über eine Treppe. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind hier grandios anzuschauen. Das Haus selbst samt Ausstattung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen um nicht zu sagen wirklich sehr alt und abgenutzt - aber alles noch funktionsfähig. Ein Bad im Erdgeschoss ist relativ neu ausgestattet. Uns hat es gut gefallen, da wir hauptsächlich im Garten, im Wasser oder auf der Terrasse unsere Zeit verbracht haben. Unser Hund hat sich hier auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem ist es aus unserer Sicht im Vergleich ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
